Veracity’s Management Team meets weekly to discuss the execution priorities of the day. The Management Team is comprised of the CEO and three business unit general managers.
Bill Owens – Chief Executive Officer
Bill is responsible for leading Veracity on a day-to-day basis and is particularly focused on developing Veracity’s corporate services including strategy, marketing, human resources, legal and finance. During his three-year tenure, Veracity has experienced double-digit top line growth while costs have remained flat.
Chris Blakley – General Manager, Customer Services
Chris is our Customer Services General Manager, responsible for our service desk and customer experience. As the former Technology Delivery Manager for Eagle Boys, he is experienced in all aspects of IT Service Management. Chris is highly accomplished in developing and improving customer satisfaction by implementing organised IT processes supported by policies and procedures.
Dom Tesoriero – General Manager, Consultancy Services
Dom is our Consultancy Services General Manager. He drives our consultancy projects and helps to solve complex technical issues for clients. Dom’s previous experience as a Senior Solutions Architect for Internode/iiNet/TPG, brings to Veracity a wealth of experience in complex Network designs utilizing carrier and or diverse path redundancy and Hosted IP Telephony using SIP and VOIP.
Nathaniel Volk – General Manager, Workforce Development
Nathan is responsible for the implementation, integration and customisation of systems to increase the prosperity of employees. Nathan led the integration of the first true cloud implementation in the Queensland Government, successfully rolled out Learning Management Systems to two major Queensland charities, and has lead projects to digitise previously paper-based performance management systems.
